6. ORDERS, PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All orders for products and services are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or problems identified by our credit or fraud departments.

Pricing for all products and services is subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

7. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & INSTALLATIONS

For water filtration system installations and related professional services:

Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability
Access to installation location must be provided on the scheduled date
Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space and utilities are available for installation
Additional fees may apply for modifications to existing plumbing or electrical systems
Installation warranty terms will be provided at time of service

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refund policies for products and services will be provided at the time of purchase. Return policies may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased. Custom or installed products may have different return terms than off-the-shelf items.

9. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

Your agreement to the following disclaimers and limitations is a material inducement to the Company permitting you to access the Site. Your use of the Site, and the obligations and liabilities of the Company in respect of your use of the Site, is expressly limited as follows:

Product-specific warranties for water filtration systems and related equipment will be provided at the time of purchase and installation. These warranties are separate from and in addition to these Terms of Use.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR ACCESS TO, OR THE INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
